Yoga For Teens!

Join us for a three day introduction to Yoga, for teenagers aged between 13 - 17. This will be a fun, encouraging, engaging introduction to Yoga, in a judement free zone where your teen can learn simple Yoga techniques to calm the mind, embrace their ever changing bodies, learn physical poses and experience the benefits of the practise. We will cover all aspects of Yoga, from its origins, philosophy and meditation. 

I am a fully qualified Hatha Yoga and Meditation Instructor, having completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved course with YTTC in Dublin and Galway. I am very passionate about sharing this with teenagers especially as I wish I had this knowledge during my teenage years when everything can seem so daunting.

Transport will be organised leaving Carrick On Shannon Town Clock every morning at 10.15 sharp, and will stop along the way to pick up participants. A healthy hearty lunch will be provided for all and hopefully new friends will be made for life.. and a new wave of Yogis set to take on life in a more compassionate and confident manner.
